The Norse Wall House contains four apartments in a
historic Greek Revival home in Provincetown's West End. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood
just a very short walk away from the stores, clubs and restaurants of Commercial street. The West End
is closest to the best beaches in Provincetown and the harbor beaches are just steps away.
The apartments are comfortable and well appointed with sparkling clean bathrooms. Sheets,
towels, dishes and utensils are included. Each apartment has access to a wireless high-speed internet connection. No smoking is allowed in the
apartments, but each apartment has an outdoor deck or garden.
The owners, Richard Golembeski and Peter Deveney, are both artists and display art from Provincetown artists throughout the house.
They love taking care of The Norse Wall House and try to make guests as comfortable as possible in a quiet and respectful home.
| Reservations and Deposit: | For reservations, please call or email Richard Golembeski. A deposit of 1/2 the total cost (rental money + security deposit of $300) is required to confirm the reservation (payment must be received within 7 days). The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to arrival. Payment by credit card is preferrable (all major cards accepted). |
| Security Deposit: | A $300 security deposit is required. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out if their is no damage. |
| Cancellation Policy: | Rental money and security deposit will be returned less a 15% service charge (15% of the rental cost) if the reservation is cancelled 120 days or more prior to the check-in date. The rental money will become non-refundable within 120 days of the check-in date. |
